Introduction

We have chosen Raydium as our DeFi protocol on Solana in this dashboard.

Raydium is an Automated Market Maker (AMM) and liquidity provider built on the Solana blockchain for the Serum Decentralized Exchange (DEX). Raydium has a first-mover advantage as an AMM within Serum and it will be an integral part of bringing new and existing projects and protocols into the ecosystem.

Method

In this dashboard, we consider 4 parameters to analyze the health Raydium protocol.

the 4 parameters were chosen is:

• The number of daily transactions and compare it with whole Solana DeFi DEXs.

• the number of daily users and compare it with the whole Solana DeFi DEXs.

• the number of daily new users and compare it with the whole Solana DeFi.

• the number of daily transactions and the rate of daily failed transactions.

  then we analyzed top pools in the past month and recent year.

Results

The below chart shows the total swaps in Solana compared with Raydium. the performance of Raydium DEX in most months is better than whole Solana DEXs but in June and July, we see a decreasing trend in Raydium despite an increasing trend in the Solana DEXs.

its shows there are some platforms which act better than Raydium in recent months.

On the basis of the number of unique users, we see a decline in the chart of Raydium users, but on the other hand, the number of unique users of Solana DEXs has increased rather than in recent months. Consequently, it shows that users prefer to use other DEXs rather than Raydium and that Raydium's popularity is decreasing in the Solana blockchain as a consequence.

The below charts show the number of daily newcomers to Raydium and other Solana DEXs and the rate of these two numbers.

between Feb and May 2022, the chart of newcomers is ascending and at the peak of the rate chart 60 percent of newcomers use Raydium for swapping their tokens but after that, we see a descending trend and in July it reaches the lowest amount even lower than

beginning of the year.

It has been observed that the rate of failed transactions has been decreasing and has recently surpassed its lowest level. As a result of this, only 5 percent of swaps fail on a daily basis.
