Daily Transactions and Unique Addresses
Dashboard objectives:
The aim of this analysis is to:
- Comprehend the number of daily transactions carried out since July 1st on Polygon
- Additionally, we will further explore the number of daily addresses during the same period of time
- Once assessed previous objectives, we will proceed in the comprehension of the market dynamics and understanding if Polygon is growing or has flattened
Analysis
- Starting with the daily transactions, we can observe how volume has remained flat during the assessed period yet it seems that during the last 4 days it slightly decreased versus the previous days. Average volume ranged between 2.5Mn and 2.7Mn of transactions
- July 5 outstood as the day with the greatest transaction volume, with 2.82Mn during this period
- Similarly, focusing on the next graph, we observe how daily wallets showed a similar volume with ~220k wallets. In this case, it seems that wallets have slightly increase over the period assessed
- Peak was achieved later than in transactions (July, 11), reaching 241k wallets
- Finally, last graph plot a correlation between both KPIs (transactions and wallets). We can observe how all days there was a positive correlation between the number of wallets and the transaction volume
Conclusions
Analysis pointed out that:
- Starting with transactions, we observed that volume has remained flat during the assessed period yet it seems that during the last 4 days it slightly decreased
- On the contrary, it seems that wallets have slightly increase over the period assessed
- Finally, with the correlation graph we certified that there was a positive correlation between the number of wallets and the transaction volume
