Flow-19.Wallet Providers
Question
-- Q19. Some wallet providers, like Blocto, subsidize the FLOW network fees for their users.-- As such, the payer for all of these transactions, as listed on the scanner and in our tables, is the wallet address 0x55ad22f01ef568a1.-- Are other wallet providers doing something similar?-- Can we determine what wallet provider an address is using from payer or any other transaction data?
Finding the Wallet Providers
- Find the Top 10 Payers by the number of transactions
- Most likely the wallet providers will be in the top list of payers if they are paying for the fee.
- Once we have the Top 10 payers, we look at the labels table to identify any contract name that can be identified.
- I could only identify 2 wallet providers, Blockto and Dapper Labs with

Other Wallets Providers ? Can we determine what wallet provider an address is using from payer or any other transaction data?
- Looking at the documentation at there are only 5 types of wallet providers.
- Only 3 Out of the 5 are custodial wallets, my assumption is that custodial wallets would have the incentive to subsidize the transaction fee to get more people to join as compared to a non-subsidized wallet.
- I could only verify Blockto and Dapper Labs addresses, Finoa seems like it could be the other wallet with the subsidized fee, however it needs KYC.
