• BYAC - You need to own the Bored Apes NFT to get into the DAO.

Benefits

• Forefront - Offers benefits like live parties on a large scale, but events are a bit high end.
• FWB - This is similar to Forefront, but a very tightly knit closed community, they cater more to people who like to have small meetups in-person.
• BYAC - This is like the elitist of DAOs there is, they involve very high end parties with a lot of people with high net worth.

In terms of payout opportunities and upside, does the S2 Forefront seem optimal for encouraging development?

• S2 Forefront payment seems quite optimal and the pay seems very good too.
• 8K for 30-35 hours a week of work seems very good and quite a lot in almost all parts of the world.
• The upside along with contribution is the ability to join an exclusive DAO which given you the opportunity to meet a lot of people.

• To answer this we look at how their $FF balances have changed based on role and what kind of transactions they have done based on their role.
• Given below is the FF balance change after being paid on Mar 17, 2022
  • Seems like there has not been much change in FF balance expect for Pioneer, which saw an overall decrease in FF tokens, Staff holds the most FF tokens and they see a consistent amount through out.

• Second criteria we look at is what kind of transactions are done being on role.
  • Only clear transaction is Voyagers swapping FF for WETH tokens.
  • Other transactions are not clear as to what is going on.

What are some methods that would encourage payments to be reinvested into Forefront besides just time?

• I think paying contributors in native $FF tokens would be a good start, plus additional benefits to contributors like AMPed incentives if they were to pledge and lock their $FF tokens for bigger returns.
