Methodology

Find the daily transaction volume and swap volume for DEX dominance
For Token dominance, we look at the top 15 tokens and chart transaction volume.
We look back 90 days for both the metrics.

How dominant is Uniswap as a DEX, on ETH, in terms of volume? Are there days when other DEX's surpass Uniswap in volume?

Uniswap is dominant on all days for the past 90 days in terms of transaction volume
- The only day is Jan 30, where Uniswap V3 has less volume as compared to Sushiswap
Uniswap is dominant on most days for the past 90 days in terms of swap volume
- There are few days like Jan 17 and Jan 29, where Sushiswap and Curve respectively are dominant.

Do certain tokens (excluding stables on Curve) outperform Uniswap on a different exchange?

Looking at the chart, that doesn't seem to be the case Uniswap seems to be completely dominant.
Sushiswap has only 1 token in the Top 15 in terms of transaction volume.
