Introduction

Algorand is an open-source blockchain, meaning that anyone can view and contribute to the platform's code. Algorand uses an operating protocol called pure proof-of-stake (PPoS), which recruits network operators from the entire pool of ALGO coin holders.

On this report I will show the resultant movements of inflows ans outflows of Crypto.com in terms of $RUNE.

In order to do so, I will use the thorchain.transfers table, and filter by address thor1ty6h2ll07fqfzumphp6kq3hm4ps28xlm2l6kd6 to select the crypto.com address.

Some metrics

AS simple as the question itself, the main graph to check is the resultant flow of $RUNE in and out Crypto.com.

As it is visually explicit, the vast majority of movements untill December 2021 were positive for Crypto.com. Until then, there were much more inflow volume than the other way around.

However, since then, the trend has been the opposite. There has been been more outflows than inflows.

Despite this fact, it is true that during 2022, no big amounts have been withdraw from the platform.

As a bonus, the next and last graphs show the biggest users depositing and withdrawing $RUNE into/from Crypto.com.

The withdraws graph has been visualized in logaritmic scale due the high difference of two wallets.

These two wallets withdrawing almost 10M $RUNE in USD do not appear on the depositors top list.

Conclusions

The main conclusion is that Crypto.com has received more deposits than withdraws over time. To prove so, and not only talking in USD, the next graph shows the amount of RUNE:

Found it necessary due the fact that the trend could be disturbed since the price has high volatility.

And the last conclusion is that the are two wallets withdrawing a lot of $RUNE from Crypto.com and could be interesting to investigate why is that and how did they get so much $RUNE without depositing themselves (or at least with the same wallet address).
