As Blockchain adoption moves forward, Avalanche subnets have been booming. At least on their efforts to make adoption happen.

While intranet activity is not available yet, is possible to measure the attraction users have on the mainnet Pulsar units that are available on Avalanche.

This units are the components of two three main core gameplays for Pulsar. Resource Mining & Nft Building, and PVE to PVP combat.

Is possible to buy units at Pulsar's shop. From Packs of units, to single units and Lands.

Is not yet possible to see which unit specifically is being bought, only the overall flow.

As it stands

• Only one user has more than 100 units, controlling a sizeable 6.9% of the current minted units.

• A major portion of the userbase has more than 10 units, which makes sense as pulsar gameplay divides itself into different components.

  • Is possible to play with less units, but to succeed in all the game aspects, is necesary a diverse roaster.

• Is only a minor part those who have either only one or less than 10.

• It would not be crazy to infer from this, that most of the current unit holders are capable of fully playing the game. From resource gathering to Dungeon cleaning

At first impression, with 1600 units minted.

• The first wave of buyers is clearly defined, with the bulk of total mints ocurring on the first four months.
• The same goes for the users minting them.
• Although, this is the case for many web3 games, in where the first minting waves comes first to boost the project presence and income, and then, a minting/buying hiatus stablishes while the main game releases,
  • Which for pulsar, might come even closer, considering that developing has not stopped.

New users however

• While the minting has manage to stay afloat, new users have dropped drastically.
• Meaning that the bulk of minted units come mainly from stablished users.

These Packs are nft sales that coincide with the price for each pack and the amount of units inside each pack.

For example, Common Starter Packs cost 25 USD in AVAX and include 11 basic units. From the base resource miners and basic combat units.

• Meaning that from the 48 holders that have at least 10 units, almost half of them have their packs trackeable.
