Methodology

To answer all the questions of this bounty, etuereum_udm_events table has been used. By placing the bridge addresses of the relevant protocols as to_address, we have answered all the questions of this bounty. By placing from_address as unique addresses and by placing the value of usd as the amount of assets transferred to the second layer. By placing symbol as assets that have been transferred to the second layer and by placing transactions as the frequency was used.

We want to compare the amount of assets transferred by the whales to layer 2 through the Hope protocol with the polygon, optimism and arbitrage protocols. We want to know how much assets the whales transfer to the second layer from each protocol. Let's look at the graphs and statistics below.

The charts below show the top 10 whales of each protocol that have transferred the most assets to Layer 2, as well as the total assets transferred. Layer 2

About $ 220 million transferred to Layer 2 through the top 10 whales As we can see, the top whale has transferred about $ 60 million through the Hope protocol.

About $ 1.5 billion has been transferred across the Polygon native Bridge to Layer 2, and as we can see, the top whale has transferred about $ 350 million.

We see that about 1 million unique users transfer their assets to Layer 2 through the Polygon Protocol. Most users transferred their assets on December 22, 2021.

We see that about 395,000 unique users transfer their assets to Layer 2 through the Arbitrum protocol. Most users transferred their assets on September 12, 2021.

We see that about 190,000 unique users transfer their assets to Layer 2 through protocol optimization. Most users transferred their assets on September 12, 2021.

We want to understand the average number of assets transferred to Layer 2 through each bridge and compare the average number of assets transferred by the HOP protocol with the other three native protocols.

The average number of assets transferred by Hope Protocol bridge is about 280 assets per day

The average number of assets transferred by the native bridge of Polygon is about 2,000 assets per day

The average number of assets transferred by the native bridge of Polygon is about 1300 assets per day

The average number of assets transferred by the native bridge of Polygon is about 570 assets per day

In this dashboard, we have considered the number of daily transfer transactions as frequency of use, which in a way means the alternation of users using these protocols to transfer assets to layer 2. The chart below shows this item for each protocol.

As we can see, Polygon network with more than 1.3 million transfer transactions, has been the most used by users

Finally, we intend to calculate the average of the assets transferred to Layer 2 by each protocol on a daily basis. The following graphs show us these results.
