In this post I'm going to show amount of Sushi transferred to Sushibar (xSushi).

I used 'ethereum.udm_events' table for showing my charts.

    What is Sushi and xSushi?

Sushi is a community-driven organization built to solve what might be called the “liquidity problem.

When people stake their Sushi tokens they will receive a tokens in return called xSushi in the SushiBar.the xSUSHI staked earns a reward fee of 0.05% of all trades. The amount of xSUSHI in the SushiBar will not change. But the amount of Sushi it represents will. As fees are collected they are converted to $SUSHI and distributed proportionally across holders in the xSUSHI pool. So when you withdraw your xSUSHI back into $SUSHI it will be worth more $SUSHI than when you put in.

Let's start by looking at the xSushi price from beginning of 2022. It looks like a disaster to me dropping from 11$ to 4$ in the fourth months of the new year, more than 50%, so long term stakers are not happy these days.
