Network Performance Dashboard
Q95. Create a dashboard displaying Solana network performance over time.
In this dashboard, we are going to find out How has the network performed over the past month compared to the rest of the year?
Has transaction per second and success rates of transactions gone up recently? Is this because fewer users?
What wallets and programs have paid the most in fees for failed transactions?
What is Solana?
Solana is a blockchain platform designed to host decentralized, scalable applications. Founded in 2017, Solana is an open-source project currently run by Solana Foundation based in Geneva, while the blockchain was built by San Francisco-based Solana Labs.1 Solana is much faster in terms of the number of transactions it can process and has significantly lower transaction fees compared to rival blockchains like Ethereum.

In the first analysis, we are going to find out Total solana txn count since the beginning of 2022[excluding past 30 days]
In the second analysis, we are going to find out Solana total transaction count over the year since beginning of 2022[Excluding past 30 days]
In the third analysis, we are going to find out Daily successful and failed transactions on solana since the beginning of 2022[Excluding past 30 days]
As we can see in the above chart, we found out Solana total transaction count over the year since beginning of 2022[Excluding past 30 days]. The highest was done on Jan 24th, with ~67M.
In the fourth analysis, we are going to find out Daily successful and failed transactions on solana for the past 30 days
As we can see in the above chart, we found out Daily successful and failed transactions on solana since the beginning of 2022[Excluding past 30 days]. As we can see the failed transactions are also more on daily basis.
As we can see in the above chart, we found out Daily successful and failed transactions on solana for the past 30 days. As we can see around 10 to 15M transactions are being failed.
In the fifth analysis, we are going to find out Solana tps count over the time since the beginning of 2022[Excluding past 30 days]
As we can see in the above graph, the daily solana tps count over the time since the beginning of 2022 we have excluded past 30 days, for those 30 days we are going to find out that in the other chart and see whether success rate is high or not.
In the sixth analysis, we are going to find out Solana tps count for the past 30 days
In the seventh analysis, we are going to find out Cummulative tps on solana for the past 30days
In the eighth analysis, we are going to find out Daily failed transactions on solana for the past 30 days
In the ninth analysis, we are going to find out Daily fees generated for failed transactions since the beginning of 2022
In the tenth analysis, we are going to find out Wallets that have most failed transactions over past 30 days
In the eleventh analysis, we are going to find out What wallets have paid the most in fees for failed transactions
In the twelth analysis, we are going to find out What programs have paid the most in fees for failed transactions?
In the thirteenth analysis, we are going to find out Has transaction per second and success rates of transactions gone up recently and Is this because fewer users
Discussion:
From the above analyses, we found out How has the network performed over the past month compared to the rest of the year. We have seen daily tps count for the past 30 days and for the rest of the year. We also found out what programs and wallets have paid the fees most for the failed transactions. We have seen the user count since the beginning of 2022. As we can see the user count from the beginning of 2022. So the user flow is fluctuating. From June 25th the no. of users decreased as compared to earlier.
To conclude:
From the above analyses, we found out Has transaction per second and success rates of transactions gone up recently
and What wallets and programs have paid the most in fees for failed transactions.
