Transactions by Protocol
Q115. Using the following App ID lists from Folks Finance, AlgoFi, Tinyman, and AlgoDex, lets look at what percent of transactions their app calls and associated transactions(transactions in the same tx_group_id) make up on the Algorand blockchain.
Objectives Of this dashboard:
In this dashboard, we are going to find out what percent of transactions their app calls
How have the number of transactions changed over time for each Protocol? Also how much in fees have been spent on transactions relating to each protocol?
has the price of ALGO been an influence on the number of transactions produced by each protocol.
What is Algorand?
Algorand (ALGO) is both a digital currency and blockchain platform. The Algorand platform is designed to process many transactions quickly, similar to a major payments processor like Mastercard or Visa. Algorand can host other cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based projects, making it a direct competitor to Ethereum. ALGO, the platform's native currency, is used to secure the Algorand blockchain and pay processing fees for Algorand-based transactions. \n
In the first analysis, we are going to find out what percent of transactions their app calls?
In the second analysis, we are going to find out Number of transactions for folks finance protocol over the time
As we can see in the above chart, daily Number of transactions for folks finance protocol over the time. The highest was on May 19th with 1486.
In the third analysis, we are going to find out Number of transactions for tinyman protocol over the time
As we can see in the above chart, daily Number of transactions for tinyman protocol over the time. The highest was on Jan 2nd with 21
In the fourth analysis, we are going to find out Number of transactions for algofi protocol over the time.
As we can see in the above chart, daily Number of transactions for algofi protocol over the time. The highest was on May 11th with ~244k.
In the fifth analysis, we are going to find out Number of transactions for algo_dex protocol over the time
As we can see in the above chart, daily Number of transactions for algodex protocol over the time. The highest was on Feb 11th with ~7009.
In the sixth analysis, we are going to find out How have the number of transactions changed over time for each Protocol
In the seventh analysis, we are going to find out how much in fees have been spent on transactions relating to folks_finance protocol
As we can observe in the above chart, the daily fees that have been spent on transactions relating to folks_finance protocol over the time The highest was on April 25th with 4.853
In the eighth analysis, we are going to find out how much in fees have been spent on transactions relating to tinyman protocol
As we can observe in the above chart, the daily fees that have been spent on transactions relating to tinyman protocol over the time The highest was on Jan 3rd with ~217
In the ninth analysis, we are going to find out how much in fees have been spent on transactions relating to algofi protocol
As we can observe in the above chart, the daily fees that have been spent on transactions relating to algofi protocol over the time The highest was on June 13th with ~672
In the tenth analysis, we are going to find out how much in fees have been spent on transactions relating to algodex protocol
As we can observe in the above chart, the daily fees that have been spent on transactions relating to algodex protocol over the time The highest was on Feb 10th with ~5.4
In the eleventh analysis, we are going to find out how much in fees have been spent on transactions relating to each protocol?
In the twelth analysis, we are going to find out Has the price of ALGO been an influence on the number of transactions produced by folks finance protocol, tinyman protocol, algofi protocol, algodex protocol
In the above analysis we have seen the number of transactions produced by each protocol on a daily basis along side the average price of Algo. even the data is limited to 2022, the X-Axis represent the date. so if the price of algo was related to number of transactions, we would have seen a steady rise or drop
but that's not the case so we can not confirm that the price of algo has an influence on the number of transaction produced by each protocol.
To conclude:
From the above analyses, we found out how the number of transactions changed over time for each Protocol and also how much in fees have been spent on transactions relating to each protocol
Other things that we explored are does the price of ALGO been an influence on the number of transactions produced by each protocol
