Introduction:

Three major swap platforms on Bolana blockchain are Raydium, Jupiter and Orca.

Raydium’s Best Price Swaps determines whether swapping within a liquidity pool or through the Serum order book will provide the best price for the user, and executes accordingly. When you make a swap in a Raydium liquidity pool the transaction is charged a 0.25% fee of which: 0.22% is redeposited into the liquidity pool and acts as a reward for liquidity providers. 0.03% is sent to the staking pool and acts as a reward for those staking their RAY tokens.

These three swap platforms are assessed and compared with each other from beginning of January by considering these metrics:

• Number of unique swappers
• Number of swaps
• most popular swap token on Raydium

The daily number of swaps that made on each swap platform since the beginning of January is shown in this figure. As shown in this figure, the highest number of swaps on one day since the beginning of January occurred on Jan 22 and on Jupiter swap platform with over 151000 swaps. Also, the number of swaps made on Raydium platform is enhanced in the last days of March.

The most applicable tokens on Raydium swap platform are grouped by swap to and swap for buckets. Its clear that the amount of usage for swap from were higher than swap for tokens. For example for usd coin token, the swap from usage was over 2 million but swap for usage was 1.82 million. The name and number of swaps for each token are provided in these figures. The popular tokens for each bucket are same but the order is changed from token rank 6 onwards.

Daily number of unique swappers on each swap platform since the beginning of January are shown in this figure. As shown in this figure, the number of swappers for Raydium platform was at its highest value on Jan 4 with over 28000 unique swappers. For Jupiter platform, 8752 swappers made swap on Mar 2. Also for Orca, over 32000 unique swappers made swap on Apr 1 and its the highest number of unique swappers between these three swap platforms.

The daily swap number of each token is shown in this animated bar since January 1st. As shown in this bar, usd coin and wrapped sol are fixed in the first and second ranks. But other tokens are competing for the third to tenth places.
