    Tinyman Farming Pool Incentives

    Q71. Tinyman is currently offering incentivized LP farming on USDt/ALGO USDC/ALGO and USDC/USDt pairs Show how these rewards impact the number of mints and burns of these pools compared to some of the other large pools on Tinyman. Also show how these rewards impact the number of mints and burns of these pools(before rewards and during). How much of an increase in liquidity do we see being provided to these pools compared to when these incentives were not being offered? Are these staking pools on Tinyman a good way to increase the number of wallets and liquidity participating in defi?

    Introduction:

    Tinyman Staking Program will set to begin on the 10th of March and will continue until May. The total reward amount is set at 2 Million Algo for this reward round and it will be given at predetermined rates to Liquidity Contributors of specific pools, chosen by Algorand Foundation.

    In this bounty, we want to know how this reward distribution affected the participation on pools of Tinyman.

    The number of mints and burns are estimated for the last 90 days.

    The daily number of burn on top pools of Tinyman shown in this figure. As shown in this figure, the number of burns for USDC-ALGO, USDt,ALGO and USDC-USDt pools are diminished in the reward distribution program and the tendency for keeping liquidity on these pools is enhanced.
