This dashboard presents number of ALGO transfers since January 1st, 2022 by payment size.

The transactions has been categorized in terms of amount size as follow:

The graph below shows the daily number of transactions transferred ALGO (amount >0).

As can be seen the daily number of transactions follows a downward trend.

Now we break down the daily number of transactions into size categories.

As can be seen from the donut chart below in total 83% of transactions since January 1st involved transferring less than 10 ALGO.

Let's look at this over time.

The graph below shows the daily number of transactions by size categories.

It is obvious from the chart that the daily number of small size transactions are declining.

We can see a slight declining trend in middle size (10-1000 ALGOs) transactions as well.

However, as the graph below shows, the daily number of large size (1000-10000 ALGOs) transactions fluctuating on a flat level.

Summary

The daily number of ALGOs transfers on the Algorand chain is declining.

Breaking down the transactions into size categories, the major decline can be seen in small size transactions. The declining tend with a smaller slope can be seen in middle size transactions and super large transactions. However, large size (1000 - 10000) transaction category does not have a downward trend.
