Avalanche Active Wallets
This dashboard provides an overview of wallet engagement and activity on the Avalanche Blockchain, highlighting popular contract addresses and dApps.

Dashboard Objective
The aim of this dashboard is to provide an overview of wallets involved in the Avalanche Blockchain. It focuses on identifying the most frequently used contract addresses and dApps by different types of wallets, which are categorized as Active, Engaged, and New Wallets.
Methodology
The terms Active Wallets, Engaged Wallets, and New Wallets are defined as follows:
-
Active Wallets: wallets that have executed at least one transaction on the platform within a specified time frame, regardless of how frequently they transact.
-
Engaged Wallets: wallets that have executed transactions on four or more days within a specific time frame of one month. This indicates that the wallet is more invested and actively using the blockchain, contract, or dApp.
-
New Wallets: wallets that have executed their first transaction on the platform.
To create this dashboard, several tables from the Avalanche.core schema of Flipsdie's data were utilized.
What is Avalanche Blockchain
Avalanche is a cutting-edge and user-friendly layer 1 Blockchain protocol that is designed to be future-proof. It was launched in 2020 with the goal of being fast, flexible, secure, cost-effective, and easy to use.
AVAX, the native token of Avalanche, serves multiple purposes, including paying transaction fees, securing the Avalanche network, and functioning as a fundamental unit of account across Avalanche blockchains.
The Avalanche blockchain boasts near-instant transaction completion and an impressive processing capacity of 4,500 transactions per second. Additionally, Avalanche is an open-source project, allowing for transparency and community involvement through code viewing and contributions.
