Introduction

Marinade Finance enables Sol holders to earn compounding interest. Users who staked SOLs on Marinade receive mSOL which can be used in different DeFi on Solana and generate extra yield.

Staking mSOL on Marinade itself returns MNDE, the Marinade governance token.

MNDE itself can be used for additional yield in turn. There are a number of liquidity pools that MNDE can be deposited into to generate passive income.

This dashboard investigates which liquidity pools are more popular for depositing MNDE.

MNDE Liquidity Pools

According to Sol.scan there are 6 liquidity pools available for depositing MNDE.

The most popular one in terms of total value locked is ORCA|MNDE-mSOL.

In this dashboard we used this list as a base and provide an overview of deposits into these pools.

Results

The graph below shows the daily number of MNDE deposits into the above mentioned liquidity pools.

In terms of the number of MNDE deposits we can see that Aldrin|ABR-MNDE has the highest share. However, in terms of amount, ORCA|MNDE-mSOL has the vast majority of deposits.

Notable findings

According to Sol.scan there are 6 liquidity pools available for depositing MNDE.

I analyzed four liquidity pools(+).

Obviously, ORCA is the most popular place for staking MNDE.

The APR is not higher than the other DEXes. However, it provide USDC as a stablecoin pair which makes it more appealing.
