    Introduction

Osmosis is a decentralized peer-to-peer blockchain using the Cosmos SDK. It is an advanced AMM protocol that allows developers to design, build, and deploy their own customized AMMs.

Osmosis has its own native tokens, OSMS. OSMO stakers are eligible to vote on governance proposals.

This dashboard presents an overview of voted proposals and voters.

The graph below shows the number of votes casted per proposals.

Chronologically, we can see that the participation rate of proposals increased since proposal number 206. Then, it decreased down to about 16000 voters. Very recently we can see a spike in the number of participants.

The data shows that users on average need about 23 days to be involved in the OSMO governance.

new wallet become active is measured by the first transaction made by the wallet.

The graph below shows the distribution of participation rate.

Participation rate is defined as number of participation in proposals divided by the number of proposals that the wallets is eligible to participate in.

We can see that most of the wallets vote about 1 to 3% of proposals. But there are also considerable wallets with more than 80% participation rate.

Graph below shows the consensus of votes. We do not see significant change in the pattern of consensus. However the recent proposals with the high turnout experienced almost unanimous consensus.
