Through this analysis, we will answer the following questions:

• How many Algos were distributed in rewards for period 1.
• How many transactions did it take to distribute the rewards.
• Show a distribution of the rewards size.
• How long did it take Algorand to distribute these rewards and how much did it cost in fees to distribute these rewards.

A total of 60M in ALGO were distributed in rewards, equals to more than 100M USD at the time of distribution. That was in January 4th enterely, where price of ALGO was approx $1.70.

The whole distribution was made in 15 hours, but major of rewards were distributed in 20 minutes! A total of almost 48.8k transactions were made to distribute all rewards and a total of 97.6 ALGO was paid in terms of fees, equal to $165 USD approximately.

Going deeper, an average of 1200 ALGO were distributed per user, and an average of 0.002 ALGO were paid in term of fees per transaction.

To conclude the analysis, we could say that the rewards have been distributed successfully within 20 minutes, however it seems there were some issues or pending payments that were payed 15 hours later approximately, but in the same day.
