How many ETHs have been deposited or withdrawn (bridged) so far from Ethereum to StarkNet or vice versa? and by how many depositors?
Introduction and methods
StarkNet is a layer 2 chain, that ensures interoperability with the Ethereum mainnet. People are using it to move real ETH to StarkNet and enjoy its higher speed of transaction and lower fees.
In this dashboard we are gonna analyze the amount of ETH that have been deposited and withdrawn from Ethereum to the StarkNet bridge and from StarkNet bridge to Ethereum. As well, we will compute the number of active depositors.
In the first chart, we can see the total amount deposited and withdrawn to and from Starknet bridge. In this case, it can be seen how more volume has been deposited from Ethereum to Starknet so far.
In numbers, around 420 ETH has been deposited on the L2 Starkent while around 24 ETH has been withdrawn from Starknet to Ethereum mainnet.
Finally, looking at the second chart, we can see how the number of Starknet depositors is also higher than the number of Starknet withdrawers. In this case, there has been 18205 unique depositors so far while only 617 has withdrawn some ETH.
Conclusions and insights
In this dashboard we have expored the inflow and outflow ETH to StarkNet. The main insights extracted from the analysis are:
- 420 ETH has been deposited on the L2 StarkNet while around 24 ETH has been withdrawn from Starknet to Ethereum mainnet.
- 18205 unique users deposited on StarkNet so far while only 617 has withdrawn some ETH.
