Introduction and methods

PoolTogether is a protocol for no-loss prize games on the Ethereum blockchain that not only enables developers to build their own no-loss prize games but also offers governance-managed no-loss prize games. Prize games are pools of funds whose accrued interest is distributed as prizes.

PoolTogther is currently selling three tiers of NFTs as part of a funding campaign dubbed “PoolyNFT'' to fight a class-action lawsuit that it feels has “no merit.”

The NFTs are priced at 0.1 (Supporter category), 1 (Lawyer category) and 75 ETH (Judge category) a pop, and vary in the number of total minted tokens. The project will eventually roll out "hodler utility" for the NFTs moving forward.

In this dashbaord we are gonna analyze the minting activity of Pooly NFTs in several terms:

• The number of Pooly NFTs minted
• The unique minters
• The average number of Pooly NFTs that users hold

Results

A total of 9950 NFTs were minted so far by a unique 5740 wallets. Taking a look at the daily activity, we can see how the major of the activity were concentrated during the first days after the launch. From May 26th to June 5th, arodun 300 unique wallets minted Pooly NFTs. However, the number of NFTs minted vary depending on each day and on each minting type. There were some days when more NFTs were minted but less wallets minted. It is because of there are ranks of mintings like Supporter class, Lawyer and Judge. Each user that joins Supporter pay 0.1ETH and gets 1 NFT, each Lawyer pays 1 ETH and gets 10 NFTs and each Judge pays 75 ETH and gets 750 NFTs.

Taking a look at the activity by type of minting class, we can see how the major of wallets chosen the Supporter one, but from a total of 5561 total minters, more than 9k NFTs were minted and it represents that in average almost 2 NFTs were minted by each user. On the other hand, 233 unique users chosen the Lawyer category and only one the Judge.

Tracking the evolution of mintings by type, it has been similar than the global activity. The Judge was minted in the early stage.

In general, an average of 1.73 Pooly NFTs are holded by wallet collectors. Taking a look at the distribution, 92% of them holds only 1 NFT, while 5% between 2 and 5. Few of them holds more than 5.

Conclusions

• 9950 NFTs were minted by 5740 unique users.
• From a total of 5561 total supporter minters, more than 9k NFTs were minted and it represents that in average almost 2 NFTs were minted by each user. On the other hand, 233 unique users chosen the Lawyer category and only one the Judge.
• An average of 1.73 Pooly NFTs are holded by wallet collectors.
