Introduction and methods

Sushi’s “merkle distributor” is the contract that is used to distribute the rewards in SUSHI to eligible users. There was a vesting period of 27 weeks during which the rewards were gradually being assigned to users. But the vesting period finished on Oct 12th 2021 at 7:10 PM EDT. After this time, users should call the “merkle distributor” in order to withdraw their rewards because no more reward is being vested.

How much in total has been distributed so far? (A daily chart could help too) How much is left to distribute today? What percentage of eligible addresses have not claimed anything so far? How many eligible addresses have not claimed anything so far? What percentage of the eligible addresses are dead addresses (A dead wallet is a wallet that has not executed any transaction in the last 3 months)

Results

In this charts, we can see how the major of users and claims were carried out during the vesting period.

In this charts we can see the number of SUSHI claimed over time. Again, the major of them were requested during the vesting period. Currently, more than 40M SUSHIs have been claimed.

Around 11M of SUSHIs are oensing to be distributed, equivalent around 32M USD!

Among 18.6K elegible wallets, less than 5K have been claimed their tokens so far, representing less than 30%. Then, more than 73% of the elegible wallets are pensing to claim their rewards! It is important to say that 39.3% of the eligble wallets are “dead wallets”.

Conclusions

In this dashbord we have seen how the major of the Merkle Distributor tokens rewards have been distributed and claimed during the vesting period. However some tokens have been claimed post this period. A total of 10M of SUSHI are pensing to be distributed, because of 73% of the elegible users are pending to claim their rewards. An important factor is that almost 40% of the wallets are dead wallets (dont do any transaction over the past 3 months).
