In this article, we will explore the sport-related NFTs on Solana such as Collectorz Club, The Suites, Laidback Lions, Hockey Heroes etc.. and identify the top NFT collection assessing in terms of metrics such as Total Sales volume, Average Sales, Total Unique Buyers, Average Unique buyers per day, Sales volume per week, Sales volume per month etc.. with supporting graphs or visuals.

What does an NFT means ?

NFTs stands for Non-fungible tokens, where in Non-fungible can be defined as something that cannot be exchanged for another item because its unique. For example, one piece of Art is not equal to another as both will have unique properties.

Basically, NFTs are tokens that lives or survives on a blockchain and represent ownership of unique items. These NFT tokens in general will contain bit of information specific to it, such as unique token name, symbol etc.. and will be owned by the creator or artist of that token.

We will be using the data derived from tables solana.core.fact_nft_sales and solana.core.dim_labels by joining mint column of fact_nft_sales table with address column of dim_labels table. On choosing the above drop down parameters like ‘time_period’ (90 days by default) and ‘nft_collection’ (mirror by default), all the below charts or visuals will get refreshed or populated with relevant data of that selected NFT collection according to that time period.

Observations

• From the above daily metrics, it is very clear that The Suites possesses the highest sales volume when verified in terms of Total Sales volume.
• A maximum sales volume has been observed for The Suites NFTs on 10th October 2022 when verified in recent 90 days.
• When we look at the unique sellers and distinct buyers count for Sport related NFTs, highest count has been observed for The Suites NFTs during the past 90 days.
• Laidback Lions NFT Collection seems to have the lowest Sales volume when observed during the past 90 days.
• Also, highest number of NFTs have been sold for The Suites Collection compared over other Sport related NFT collections.

• Also, through out these 90 days time period, the weekly metrics of The Suites NFT Collections seems to be dominant over other Sport related NFT Collections such as Collectorz Club: The Collectorz, Hockey Heroes & Laidback Lions.
