    $RUNE exists in 3 blockchain which are on THORChain as Native $RUNE, on Binance Chain as BEP2 and on Ethereum as ERC-20. Both BEP2 and ERC-20 $RUNE are trading at 20% premium compared to native $RUNE. BEP2 and ERC-20 $RUNE can be upgraded (which means converted) to native $RUNE by burning it on THORSwap and new native $RUNE will be issued.     In conclusion, BEP2 are being upgraded more compared to ERC-20 $RUNE. This is simply because $RUNE on Binance and Kucoin are BEP2 version. Most of the upgrades come from users who bought $RUNE from CEX. Plus, transaction fees of BEP2 are much much lower compared to ERC-20.
