    Daily Transactions and Unique Addresses

    Polygon is one of the most popular Layer 2 solution for Ethereum. It is well known for its very cheap and fast transaction. Many established protocols such as Aave has operate on Polygon network and it seems to be working well so far because new users find it better.

    The daily transaction is quite erratic and slightly on downtrend, ranging from 6M to 5M.

    We can see that the count of unique address has been increasing from ~50k unique addresses on 1st June to around ~110k unique addresses on end of August. Mind that, these are new unique address which means these are numbers of new users. So, I am sure that Polygon is just starting and getting ready to launch.

    In graph below, we will see the number of daily transactions and number of unique address doing transactions on Polygon network.
