Swap Volume Comparison

Uniswap V3 is the newest version introduced on early May 2021 and Uniswap's most powerful version of the protocol thus far.

The graph below is the daily swap in and out volume for both V2 and V3.

The highest swap in volume is on V2 which is ~6B USD while highest for V3 is only just below 3B USD.

Uniswap V2 has been introduced since November 2020 while V3 on May 2021.

The graph below is the total monthly swap in volume for both V2 and V3 for the past three months.

We can see that the volume for V2 decreased dramatically and decreased slightly for V3.
