    In this dashboard, I identify these address to 8 different categories according to how many $RUNE balance is currently in their wallet (based on transfers transactions alone). The categories are; 1. Normie - $RUNE balance < 10 2. Small Retail - 10 - 100 $RUNE 3. Retail - 100 - 1000 $RUNE 4. Mega Retail - 1000 - 10,000 $RUNE 5. Whale - 10,000 - 100,000 $RUNE 6. Mega Whale - 100,000 - 1,000,000 $RUNE 7. Hyper Whale - 1,000,000 - 10,000,000 $RUNE 8. Ultra Whale - > 10,000,000 $RUNE

    So based from categorization criteria that I defined earlier, most of the addresses available belongs to Normie category where they own less than 10 $RUNE currently. This made up of exactly half, 50.02% of total address available (4078 out of 8128). Second highest category is retail which owns from 100 to 1000 $RUNE which made up of 18% of total addresses. And third is small retail (16.3%).

    So, if we look by how many $RUNE owned in each categories, we can see that the 2 ultra whale addresses currently holding 89M $RUNE which is 66% of total $RUNE available here which is not very decentralized per se.
