In this dashboard I checked how popular NFTs are on Polygon, by tracking the volume of the coin by month/year.
I also checked how many Polygon users started with NFT? Who won the most?
The time frame for answering all three questions is from June 15, 2022 to July 15, 2022.
In this dashboard, I calculated the popularity based on the volume of nft transactions and the number of active users (users who have had at least one nft transaction). In the second part of the question, I calculated how many users started their work with nft. And in the final part of the question to determine the maximum profit, the resulting profit of nft transactions for addresses is calculated.
The above chart shows the daily volume changes between June 15, 2022 and July 15, 2022.
As you can see, the overall trend of this chart is bearish with the fluctuations that exist and the volume was higher in the early days. But in the last days, this period has decreased. Also, the highest trading volume was on June 23 and the lowest trading volume was on July 6.
If we want to determine the popularity based on the volume of transactions, according to this graph, the popularity has been decreasing in this period of time. One of the reasons for this reduction in the volume of transactions can be seen as the market collapse.
In these two graphs, I showed what percentage of Polygon users did their work with NFT during this time period.
The donut chart shows that less than 1% of users started their activity on Polygon with NFT during this time period.
In the diagram on the right, you can see that the number of users who have started their activity in polygon with nft is 1426 users.
And 2609797 million started their activities with other activities.
In this part of the question, by calculating the resultant of transactions of public contract addresses, I showed which address made the most profit in this period of time.
As you can see in the table, the address 0x471b4f844222cf2a4caacade871b25254190115f made the most profit in the period from June 15 to July 15, 2022 with a profit of 61370.390793388K USD.
The above chart shows the changes of active users (users who have had at least one nft transaction) between June 15 and July 15, 2022.
In the first two days of this period, the number of active users increased, but after that, it started a downward trend until June 25. From June 25 to June 28, we had a good increase in the number of active users. From June 28 to July 1, the chart has increased again, and after that it fluctuated slightly up and down. So, in general, there have been many fluctuations in this period, and the peaks of this chart were mostly in the first 15 days. If we want to consider the popularity with the number of active users, in general, the popularity was more in the first half of the time period.
Conclusion:
According to the analysis of this dashboard, it can be concluded that the popularity of NFT in the polygon network has been decreasing in the last 30 days. Also, 1426 users started their activity in polygon with NFT transactions during this period. The contract address 0x471b4f844222cf2a4caacade871b25254190115f had the most profit in buying and selling nft, which amounts to 61370.390793388K USD. My general conclusion is that NFT trading is becoming popular in Polygon in general, but in this period, NFT trading has decreased somewhat due to BTC drops and economic recession in the world.
