Nic Carter and Arkham have asked crypto analysts if they can analyze the latest events regarding the claims that t*rrorist groups have used crypto to raise $130M. Here's a summary on what happened.

This is my submission to the Arkham intel bounty. Enjoy!
BitOK claimed that the addresses listed in Seizure order 15/22 received USD 35,330,000, while the addresses listed in Seizure order 19/23 received USD 5,584,000.
In my research, I found that the 15/22 addresses received 167,111 TRON and 33.6M in USDT (and the only 15/22 ETH wallet received and later transferred 50,000 USDT, more on that below).
When it comes to 19/23, In my research, I found that the addresses received 5,584,407 in USDT and 6667 in TRON.
I also analyzed the 2 ETH wallets mentioned in the seize orders, the 15/22 wallet 0x7eab248c014d1043e54e96ac4f31ec7d9a97ffd3 and the 19/23 wallet 0xc8fe1c81e927540fcc99ebb3c880a840082293da. The only wallet that has ever made (and received) a transfer was the 15/22 wallet and it received a 50,000 USDT transfer and later transferred it to a 'Binance 14' wallet exchange.
The suspicious wallet that funded the 15/22 ETH wallet 0x7ea... is 0x530e07fa573d37a8e50ce2ccc70a940352a20a4e
I also made a daily chart about the 15/22 and 19/23 transfers and the activity periods match with those by BitOK.
Metholodogy:
⦿ Used public data available from Bitquery API, Flipside LiveQuery and Arkham (in the last Tab).
⦿ Excluded self transfers and only included USDT, TRX and USDC tokens.
⦿ The addresses come directly from the NBCTF (I do not 100% verify these wallets are linked to terrorism).
The 19/23 wallets were active since Sept 2021 to April 2023.
The 15/22 wallets were active since August 2020 to July 2023.
The 15/22 wallet that received the biggest amount of money is TXPggkiHzYZofVqpzMDS19ePG6qmcnu3gq with $12.091M in USDT and 7.09k in TRON.
The 19/23 wallet that received the biggest amount of money is TQn9oh6Mw6jLfgzh23AVHsCcfC9ZE41fne with $3.996M in USDT and 5.61k in TRON.
The biggest transfer day of the 19/23 wallets was January 30 2023, with $125K in USDT.
The biggest transfer day of the 15/22 wallets was Sep 06 2021, with $1.078M in USDT.
Elliptic initially claimed on July 2023 that PIJ had received $93m based on addresses disclosed in an Israel counter-terror seizure order. However, Elliptic released an updated article on Oct 25th with the following statements:
⦿ "There is no evidence to support the assertion that Hamas has received significant volumes of crypto donations."
⦿ "Elliptic has engaged with the Wall Street Journal to correct misinterpretations of the level of crypto fundraising by Hamas."
⦿ "Over the past two weeks, politicians and journalists have portrayed public crypto fundraising as a significant source of funds for Hamas and other terrorist groups, but the data simply does not support this. No public crypto fundraising campaign by a terrorist group has received significant levels of donations, relative to other funding sources."
⦿ "There is no evidence to suggest that crypto fundraising has raised anything close to this amount (referring to the $130M reported by WSJ and the Letter to the White House), and data provided by Elliptic and others has been misinterpreted. We have spoken to representatives of the lead signatory, Senator Warren, as well as the authors of the Wall Street Journal article, to clarify this."
