Bot Swappers
Define bot swappers. How does the behaviour of bots differ from average swappers? For instance in terms of number of swaps, or in terms of distribution of swaps over a day. What percentage of swaps were executed by bots in the past 30 days? What pools and what pairs were most popular among bot swappers in the past 30 days.
A bot is a wallet that makes 200 transactions a day or more, so more than 6000 a month.
Terra platform enables anyone to freely open multiple new wallets free of charge (resulting in a large number of wallets that are controlled by the same entities). This attribute makes the Ethereum network a breeding space for activity by software robots (bots). The existence of bots is widespread in different digital technologies and there are various approaches to detect their activity such as rule-base, clustering, machine learning and more. In this work we will show the behaviour of bots differ from average swappers, the percentage of swaps were excecuted by bots in the past 30 days and What pools and pairs were most popular among bot swappers in the past 30 days.
As we can see in the previous graphs, the number of bots is not very high, there are only 3. Even so, the median number of transactions of these bots is higher than that of other users.
In fact, as we have analyzed in the second graph, 20% of the swaps have been made by these robots.
Finally, we can say that the most common swap of the robots is the LUNA to UST, concretely there are 18.47k.
