Avalanche Active Users

    Introduction

In this analysis, You will read about active users on the Avalanche network.

To achieve this, we need to create a customizable dashboard to investigate the active users across the chain. I divided my dashboard into three tabs:

    active users across the chain

    active users by contracts,

The most active dApps over a specified period.

The purpose of this dashboard is to display the areas on the chain with the highest activity and to track the growth of active users on the chain.

    What is Avalanche?

Numerous projects in the cryptocurrency realm are attempting to address the blockchain trilemma, which entails achieving decentralization, scalability, and security simultaneously.

Avalanche is one such project that has gained widespread recognition. It employs a sophisticated blend of various consensus mechanisms and a multi-chain architecture.

Avalanche is an open-source platform that supports smart contracts and is designed to facilitate the development of decentralized applications (dApps) and enterprise blockchain protocols.

By being open-source, the platform's distributed ledger technology (DLT) is completely transparent and available to the public.

    Method

Who are the Active Users on Avalanche?

Based on my definition, I have investigated the active users on Avalanche for the past 7 months, equivalent to 28 weeks (4 weeks per month). To determine the active users, I filtered out those with at least one transaction every two weeks. If a user had transactions within 14 weeks, I considered them active users on Avalanche.

The first tab of my analysis solely focuses on active users, while the other tabs include both active users and other users.
