Tinyman Pool Health Score Card

Create a dashboard/table that lists the Tinyman pools and a composite score illustrating the health of each active Tinyman pool. This score should help the public understand the health composition of the pool and whether or not its safe to create an LP for.

Introduction

What is Algorand

Algorand (ALGO) is a blockchain platform and cryptocurrency designed to function like a major payments processor. ALGO, the native coin of the Algorand platform, is used to secure the platform and reward the platform's operators.

What is a Dex?

Decentralized exchanges (DEX) are a type of cryptocurrency exchange which allows for direct peer-to-peer cryptocurrency transactions to take place online securely and without the need for an intermediary.

Methodology

We will look at the pool age, swaps, and users of liquidity pools on Tinyman.
Out of these metrics we will create a score.
We will match these pools up based on these rankings.

Tinyman pool Metrics

Observations

On Tinyman the yeildly-ALGO and USDC-ALGO pools have the most users by more than 2x any other pool.
In addition to the yeildly-ALGO and USDC-ALGO pools the ALGO-AKITA and Tether-ALGO are very popular pools in terms of number of swaps.

Conclusion

To create the health score for the pools I divided the activity of the pools in terms of users and swaps by the days they pools have been live. The goal of the calculation is to dicenr the pools that have consistent use.
The pools with the highest scores were yeildly-ALGO and USDC-ALGO unsurprisingly.
