CRONOS (CRO)
Daily Swap Details of CRO
- Using the daily and cumulative charts above, we can see swaps from other tokens to CRO transactions were more popular than swaps from CRO to other tokens transactions in most of the parameters on all days.
- Moreover, using the cumulative charts, we can quickly notice that the CRO swaps volume has increased from the beginning of the week as the slope gets steeper.
Total Swap Details of CRO
-
These figures show that, as mentioned above, in all the cases, the swap from other tokens to CRO has a more significant amount when compared to the swap from CRO to other tokens.
-
In the case of Volume and USD Volume, the difference between swap to CRO transactions and swap from CRO transactions is negligible.

Swaps Volume Distribution
- Using these charts, we can easily notice which kind of swaps were more popular.
- Among swap to CRO, transactions with less than 10 CROs, with about 1290 transactions worth less than 10$ with about 1378 transactions, were the most popular last week.
- But unlike to CRO transactions, in from CRO transactions, we can not distinguish the dominant one easily, but it seems that 100~1000 CRO transactions were the most popular ones.
Most Popular Assets to swap to/from CRO
Swap From CRO
- Using the above charts, ATOM was the most popular asset in terms of swap count to swap from CRO into it during the past week, and also, in terms of volume, Atom was the most popular asset.
- ATOM, OSMO, and USDC are the three most popular pairs for CRO.
Swap To CRO
- On the contrary, Osmo was the most popular asset in terms of swap count, but for swap volume, Atom was the most popular token to get swapped from it to CRO.
- Totally, ATOM, OSMO, and USDC are the three most popular pairs for CRO.
CRO Liquidity pools details
- On the above charts, we can see that most activities of liquidity-providing actions were for Pool joined transactions in almost all parameters on all days, which shows users are optimistic about this project even in these bear-market days.
- Another noteworthy point is that pool exit transactions are so small and negligible compared to Pool joined transactions.
- We can see the same points on the total charts showing Pool joined transactions are more than 80% of all transactions compared to Pool exit transactions.
Conclusion
-
Swaps From CRO experienced more activity during the previous week than Swaps To CRO in terms of total transaction volume, users, volume, and USD volume.
-
On Osmosis, there has been a rising trend of new CRO swappers during the previous week.
-
Over the previous week, adding CRO liquidity to Osmosis pools saw significantly more overall activity, users, volume, and USD volume than removing liquidity activities; moreover, pool-exited transactions were insignificant compared to pool-added transactions.
All analyzed parameters showed that during the past week, users were optimistic about this project to stake their token even in these Bear-market days.
Methodology
In this dashboard, Using osmosis.core.fact_swaps and osmosis.core.fact_liquidity_provider_actions, we will analyze the swap transactions, users, volume and USD volume of CRONOS (CRO) on the Osmosis DEX during the past week, and also we will explore the LP and LPers' actions using the same parameters on EVMOS Liquidity Pools during the past week.
We will limit our data to the last 7 days.
Details of Different CRO Pools
-
According to the above charts, we see that CRO / OSMO pool activity during the past week was much higher than the ATOM/CRO pool in that way that ATOM/CRO LP transactions are negligible compare to CRO/OSMO LP tranascitons in almost all case of transactions, user, volume and USD volume.

Also, we can find the specific detail of each pool in the daily and total cases over the past week.
What is Cronos (CRO)?
Cronos is the first blockchain network that interoperates with both the Ethereum and Cosmos ecosystems, supporting DeFi, NFTs, and the metaverse. It aims to massively scale the Web3 user community by providing builders with the ability to instantly port apps and crypto assets from other chains with low cost, high throughput, and fast finality.
Cronos is powered by Ethermint, which allows for the rapid porting of apps and smart contracts from Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains. Cronos’s base settlement currency is CRO, the native token of its parallel blockchain, the Crypto.org Chain.
Built with IBC protocol from day one, Cronos allows for interoperability and bridging to the Crypto.org Chain: a fully decentralised, open-source, and energy efficient public chain with high speed and low fees. It also facilitates interoperability with other IBC-enabled chains (e.g., Cosmos Hub, Terra) in a decentralised way.
Goals of CRO
According to Crypto.com's mission and vision statements, its overall mission is to "Accelerate the World's Transition to Cryptocurrency" by providing people with digital financial services.2 With access to a broad spectrum of cryptocurrency and blockchain-related products and services, Crypto.com believes it will lead the charge toward Web3, which is theoretically built on blockchain technology and use cryptocurrency.
Crypto.com's native blockchain token, CRO, is designed to facilitate transactions using its custom blockchain. CRO is used to pay transaction fees and can be staked to become a validator to earn token rewards.
