Method

In this dashboard I analyzed:

• Daily number of Active wallets on Polygon since July 1st

• Daily number of Transactions on Polygon since July 1st

• The average number of transactions since July 1st

• Daily number of Transactions on Polygon (by their type) since July 1st

• The success rate of transactions since July 1st

Wallets

The graph on the right shows the daily number of Active wallets on Polygon since July 1st:

As you can see on average each day around 220k unique wallets were active on the Polygon network. On July 2nd only 193k wallets at least had one transaction (lowest number) and on July 11th 241.5k (highest number)

Transactions

The graph on the left shows the daily number of Transactions on Polygon since July 1st:

As you can see on average each day around 2.5M transactions happened on the Polygon network. On July 10th only 2.16M transactions happened (lowest number) and on July 5th 2.82M (highest number)

Average Number of Transactions

The following graph shows us the average number of transactions each active wallet had since July 1st

As you can see the average number of transactions dropped from 12.2 at the beginning of July to 10.35 - 11.1 in recent days.

Type of Transactions

The following graphs show the daily distribution of different transaction types and their total distribution since July 1st

As you can see Transfer transaction was the highest number of transactions.

Success Rate

The following graph shows the Success Rate since July 1st

As you can see overall number of active wallets and number of transactions decreased slightly but Success Rate increased from 94.7% to 95.4% since July 1st

Conclusion

• Number of active wallets decreased slightly
• Number of transactions decreased slightly
• Average Number of Transactions decreased slightly
• Success Rate increased slightly
• Overall In my opinion the changes are negligible so I can say Polygon is still active in a steady state
