What is the average time between blocks on Polygon?

What was the maximum and minimum recorded time between two blocks? How many transactions are done in a block on average? How do these numbers compare to L1 such as Flow or Solana, or other L2 such as Arbitrum or Optimism?

Method

Block and transaction tables are used for all required data.

In this text, six parameters calculated for five blockchains (Polygon, Flow, Solana, Arbitrum and Optimism) to represent Block Performance of each blockchain.

parameters are in the following:

maximum, minimum and average time between blocks from the time that data on flipsidecrypto exist.
maximum, minimum and average transactions which are done in a block from the time that data on flipsidecrypto exist.

Point: when the time is zero it means time is less than one second.

Another point to be noted, I had to limit the time of SOLAN from June 2022 till now because the number of transactions is too high and the program is not able to handle it.
