Purpose of this analyze is showing a comparison and difference of swaps number and unique swappers of two big DEX : ==Sushiswap== and ==Uniswap== in 3 L2 chains : ==Arbitrum== , ==Optimism== and ==Polygon== ; for fairness of this analyze i consider last 3 month as time frame for all data and charts
Methodology
For identify Sushiswap swaps transactions we can use ==sushi.ez_swaps== table in Arbitrum,Optimism,Polygon schema but there is no specific table for Uniswap swaps transactions so we must use two Uniswap routers contract and ==fact_event_logs== to identify those swap transactions , these contracts are same in all chains

Daily and total swaps
In below you can see daily and total swaps of Sushiswap & Uniswap at Arbitrum , Optimism and Polygon at last 90 days
In ==Arbitrum== there is no big difference between Sushiswap and Uniswap some days Uni has more swaps and some days Sushi has more swaps and also total swaps really close and equal for both of them and seems market share of them are 50/50
In ==Optimims== there is huge difference of usage between Sushi and Uni , daily and total swaps in Uni are much more than Sushi and around 100 X and this show market share of Uni really more than Sushi in Optimism
In ==Polygon== total swaps in Uni around 2 X rather than Sushi but in daily chart its obvious there is a down trend in Sushi usage and also there is uptrend in usage of Uni and this shows market share of Sushi is more than Sushi and still growing

Like swaps number , unique swappers number has same situation in Arbitrum market share is equal but in Optimism and Polygon market share of Uniswap are very huge and much more than Sushi swap
Conclusion
Base of data and chart we saw we can say market share of Sushiswap and Uniswap are very close and equal at ==Arbitrum== but for ==Optimism== and ==Polygon== this is not true
In Optimism there are huge difference between usage of Sushiswap or Uniswap and most users prefer to use Uniswap and also in Polygon at last month there are huge downtrend for Sushiswap usage and this cause usage of Uniswap has growth and get market share 2 X rather than Sushiswap
