Sameblock Sniper Metrics

    Dashboard Description

This dashboard aims to surface all wallets that snipe pump.fun tokens in the same block they’re created. For these transactions to occur that early, there must be some form of collusion or coordination between the deployer and the sniper — whether through shared ownership, insider signaling, or automated pre-commitment.

We view these same-block snipes as a clear sign that the token’s creator is intentionally obfuscating ownership from the start, disguising holdings behind other wallets. In our view, this behavior should immediately disqualify a token from being treated as fair or trustable, unless the relationship between deployer and early buyer is made explicitly transparent.

The dashboard tracks the share of pump.fun tokens affected by this behavior, and the net profits extracted by the wallets executing these early snipes.

    Wallet Activity Breakdown

This section analyzes wallets that sniped pump.fun tokens in the same block they were created — behavior strongly indicative of insider access or collusion. For each wallet, we track all subsequent DEX trading activity involving the same token, not just the initial snipe. This includes cases where the wallet bought additional tokens after the initial snipe or sold in multiple batches.

We only include wallets that have fully exited their positions in the token (i.e., have sold as much as they bought and did not make other transfers that would add noise to the data). As shown in the adjacent chart, this represents over 95% of all observed snipe events.

Net profit is calculated as the total SOL gained or lost from trading these tokens, providing a clear measure of realized performance.
