INTRODUCTION

Lofty.ai is a platform that offers real estate investment opportunities through NFTs which users can invest in starting from as low as 50usd. The goal of the project is to enable investors who cannot afford to fully buy and own properties to earn by owning just a fraction of the entire property.

Each of the properties is managed individually by a manager and investors in each of the properties can earn rental income as soon as they purchase a stake.

The platform is built on the Algorand blockchain, a proof-of-stake chain that is scalable, fast and secure.
