Fuse Pool USDC Allocation
Q2. How are the tokens in the USDC Vault being allocated into the various Fuse Pools?
First we will look at the total token allocation into the various fuse pools on gross basis (only considering the deposits and ignoring the withdrawals from USDC vault to the various fuse pools).
Then we will look at the total token allocation into the various fuse pools on net basis (deposits - withdrawals).
Then we will look at the gross and net amounts by month.
If we look at the gross deposits, Fuse Pool 7 has the highest share at 44.4% followed by Fuse Pool 6 and Fuse Pool 18 at 29.6% and 24.7% share respectively.
If we look at net deposits, Fuse Pool 7 still has the highest share but its dominance has increased significantly at 72.1% share.
Also Fuse Pool 18 flips Fuse Pool 6 to number 2 position with 14.1% share followed by Fuse Pool 6 at 11.6% share.
This is because Fuse Pool 6 has significantly higher withdrawals (~12.7M) compared to Fuse Pool 18 (~9.15M) as shown in the below pie chart.
Also withdrawals for Fuse Pool 7 are negligible compared to both Fuse Pool 6 and Fuse Pool 18 at ~1.05M.
If we look at the monthly data for gross deposits, we can see that the highest allocation from USDC vault to the fuse pools was in the month of November.
There are no deposits from USDC vault to fuse pools in the months of December and January.
From Febrary 2022 onwards, only Fuse Pool 7 has seen deposits whereas we are seeing withdrawals for Fuse Pools 6 and 18.
