Solana Network Performance Dashboard
Method
- We’ll measure the number of daily transactions, daily active wallets, hourly TPS, and success rate.
- Then we’ll compare the average levels in the past 30 days and past 1 year (365 days).
- We’ll also look at the failed transactions and highlight the top wallets and programs involved.
Note:
- Data shown below is limited to Solana data since Dec 1, 2021 only.
> The number of daily transactions has been slightly higher in the past 30 days compared to the rest of the year (228M vs 222M).
> > 1. Daily active wallets in the past 30 days (276k) is higher than the average for the past year (249k). > 2. Daily active wallets reached a peak since Dec 2021 sometime around the end of May 2022. > 3. It has gone back down in the past few weeks to around 240k unique wallets daily.
> > 1. Average TPS in the past 30 days is at 2.7k transactions per second. This is higher than the average for the past year at 2.59k. > 2. TPS has temporarily dipped during May until mid-June. It has improved recently since then.
> > 1. Average daily success rate for the past 30 days is slightly lower than the past year’s average. > 2. Success rate has dipped between May and June but has since improved recently. > 3. Recent improvement in success rate coincides with less active wallets recently.
Conclusion
In summary, we have observed the following:
- In the past 30 days, Solana had a higher number of daily transactions, active wallets, and TPS compared to the rest of the past year.
- Success rate in the past 30 days is slightly lower compared to the rest of the past year.
- Success rate has improved recently compared to 2-3 months ago. This coincides with the decrease in daily active wallets recently.
- Among wallets and programs with failed transactions, 5AmZ…F1hK and Jupiter Aggregator V2 contributed the most failed transaction fees and transactions respectively.
> > 1. Wallet 5AmZ…F1hK paid the largest total fees in failed transactions in the past 30 days. > 2. Jupiter Aggregator V2 is the program with the highest total number of failed transactions in the past 30 days.
