The Battle of the Solana NFT Aggregator
Introduction :
In this analysis, we will examine two marketplaces, Coral Cube and HyperSpace, in terms of the number of carpets, number of traders, sales volume, dollar volume of sales, and popular collections on the Solana chain.
NFT Aggregator :
an NFT marketplace aggregator is a platform that allows users to easily trade NFT collections from different NFT marketplaces without having to visit those marketplaces.
NFT marketplace aggregators combine inventories from multiple NFT marketplaces into one unified interface. This is more convenient for users and gives buyers a clear view of the market, allowing them to compare NFT prices and acquire NFTs from different sources, all in one consolidated purchase.
Coral Cube?
CoralCube is an NFT marketplace and aggregator that aims to highlight three columns of web3 in the context of NFTs: -Easy and smooth access to the digital content on the Solana blockchain and interactions with on-chain NFT marketplaces.
HyperSpace
Hyperspace is an all-in-one NFT platform Built by the original Solanalysis team and a trading platform that offers Solana NFT and NFT flex information and services.
Method :
I used solana.core.fact_nft_sales for extracting NFT data on Coral cube and Hyperspace marketplaces.
NOTE : Since the available data for HyperSpace is available in Flipside database from 38 days ago, I will cover this entire analysis in this time frame.
- The number of Sales at Coral Cube were bullish from September 20 to October 11 and then experienced a sharp decline in the last two weeks. The number of sales in HyperSpace has been below 500 transactions almost on most days.
- The total number of sales of NFTs in the last 40 days in Coral Cube is almost 7 times the number of sales in HyperSpace.
- The number of buyers and sellers in Coral Cube has decreased drastically from October 11 to today, but as we can see, the number of buyers and sellers in HyperSpace is almost the same on most days and there is not much difference.
- The sales volume of NFTs in Coral Cube and HyperSpace has been on an upward trend since September 22, and this upward trend continued until October 9, and then decreased. It is noteworthy that, unlike the number of sales in the Coral Cube market, which is much higher than in HyperSpace, the sales volume of NFTs has a smaller difference. This shows that tradable collections in HyperSpace are more expensive than tradable collections in Coral Cube. The dollar volume of NFT sales in HyperSpace on October 18 has increased dramatically and even exceeded the sales volume in Coral Cube.
- The average daily NFT sales volume in HyperSpace is almost 6 times the average daily sales volume in Coral Cube on most days. The dollar volume of sales shows almost the same ratio.
- Total number of NFT sales on Coral cube : 91 K sales.
- Total number of NFT sales on HyperSpace : 13.8 K sales.
- Total number of unique buyers on Coral cube : 38.2 K .
- Total number of unique buyers on HyperSpace : 7.9 K.
- Total NFT sales volume on Coral Cube : 110 K $SOL.
- Total NFT sales volume on HyperSpace : 72 K $SOL.
- Almost 74% of buyers have used only Coral Cube and about 16% of buyers have used both Coral Cube and HyperSpace. Among the sellers, we see almost the same percentages.
Popular Colletcions :
- The most popular collections based on the number of sales on HyperSpace are DeGods and ABC collections, and on Coral Cube, Nerdy Ape Hub and Sengoku Degens collections are the most popular.
- The most popular collections based on sales volume on HyperSpace are DeGods and ABC collections, and on Coral Cube the most popular collections are SoDead and Cyber frogs.
