Liquidity Providers Stats

This dashboard attempts to provide the readers a complete overview with some insights about the statistics of the Liquidity Provided by the users of the Sushiswap protocol.

    INTRODUCTION

    > LP = Liquidity Pools > > LPer =Liquidity Providers

Liquidity providers can contribute their tokens to liquidity pools using SushiSwap pools (exchange.sushiswapclassic.org/#/pool). SLP tokens (Sushiswap Liquidity Provider tokens) will be awarded to them when they do this. For instance, if a user put $SUSHI and $ETH into a pool, they would earn SUSHI-ETH SLP tokens. These tokens represent a proportional piece of the assets that have been pooled, enabling users to get their money back at any time.

Liquidity providers on Uniswap received rewards in the form of their native utility token SUSHI from SushiSwap in exchange for staking their LP tokens on the SushiSwap protocol instead. The staked tokens were transferred to the native SushiSwap pools after a few weeks, and the LP tokens were then traded for the initial assets placed in the Uniswap liquidity pools, generating liquidity for SushiSwap.

Owners of SUSHI tokens have the option to lock their tokens into SushiSwap's liquidity pools in return for tokens known as SushiSwap Liquidity Providers, which are worth a portion of the pool. When taking money out of the liquidity pools, they can be exchanged for SUSHI. The quantity of money in each liquidity pool increases as a 0.25% charge from each trade is collected. As a result, the SLP tokens increase in value while maintaining the same ownership stake. On the SushiSwap blockchain, they may also be used to join "farms" that get block rewards.

    METHODOLOGY

This dashboard here have a set of queries and hence follows different ideologies to retrieve the dataset. As an initial part the total count is necessary and hence the total count of the distinct Liquidity Pools, the addresses and the liquidity transactions of the Sushiswap is charted. This is followed by grouping them for the time to get an info about the Liquidity action, the volume of the Liquidity transactions etc. as well as the total count with the Liquidity actions. The total distinct Liquidity Providers are also calculated and also the new Liquidity Providers i e, the new users in the network is charted over time with the cumulative number of the users. Now the unique addresses involved in the Liquidity transactions are charted over time. Different pools that are involved in the Liquidity transactions are charted with time so as to see the volume of transaction with the pools to see the involvement of the stable pools in the transactions. This is done for the added and the removed liquidity. Then the position increment of the top 10 LPers in the network is charted . Also the top 10 pools by both Transactions and volume is also charted for the top 10 Liquidity pools. The liquidity provided and removed volume is charted with time. Now the top 25 Pools by TVL is charted, Also the net liquidity provided by the top 25 LP ers are also charted. Finally the trend in the liquidity providers and the liquidity transaction events are charted.

The volume of the Liquidity that is provided by the users to the pools of the Sushiswap network is charted for here.

This chart displays the average volume of the Liquidity Provided as well as withdrawn over time. While the absolute volume is indicated in the Violet-purple plot.

The chart here is an indication of the new liquidity providers over time and it is followed by the cumulative trend to see that the liquidity event of the sushiswap protocol is not decreasing over time.

The trend in the unique addresses that are involved in the LPer transactions are charted and it is seen that the trend is decreasing over time.

The volume of the liquidity that is added with the different pools of the network is charted here and it is seen that the WETH-stETH SLP pool has made the highest liquidity on a single day.

The negative chart is an indication of the removed or withdrawn amount from the liquidity pool which indicates that the same pool which has made the highest deposit has made the highest withdrawal over time on a single day.

The chart is an indication of the top 10 pools by the volume and the transactions which indicates that the WOO-USDC SLP pool has made the highest liquidity by volume which has a stable coin and USDC-WETH has the highest by transactions. This indicates the influence of the stable coins in the liquidity.

The final trend in the events and the users are charted here and it indicates that the overall trend since more than an year stays almost static with a few up and down which is attributed to various reasons.
