THORChain and $vTHOR Overlap
This dashboard looks into the Stakers who have both provided Liquidity to see if there is any overlap between the two.
Introduction
Staking cryptocurrency entails pledging your crypto assets to support and confirm transactions on a blockchain network. Anyone with a minimum necessary coin balance can validate transactions and receive staking rewards on these blockchains. Liquidity in cryptocurrency markets refers to how easily tokens can be exchanged for other tokens (or for government-issued fiat currencies). Order books, similar to those used in the stock market, are one method a market obtains liquidity.
Staking is the act of putting your crypto assets up as collateral for blockchain networks that employ the Proof of Stake consensus mechanism.
The purpose of liquidity mining is to provide liquidity to the DeFi protocol. Liquidity mining system gives consumers a Liquidity Provider Token in return for the trading pair.
Methodology
The Wallets that stake their assets in both Thor and vThor are checked for here and then they are checked for the Liquidity providers in the ecosystem are also considered. The transaction of the staking event in THOR is checked and then compared for providing the staked amount towards the vTHOR.Furthermore the liquidity actions of the Thorchain ecosystem are checked out for users adding liquidity and then it is checked for the users from the latter list to see if someone provide liquidity and then the wallets are counted.
The Wallets that have staked their assets in the ecosystems are charted here with huge assets in the the staking assets.
The Thor wallets that have also invested in adding Liquidity to the Thor Pools are also considered and it is seen that the There are no wallets that get overlapped in both staking the thor assets and in providing Liquidity into the pools.
There are 0 wallets that currently provide Liquidity in the pools which also stake THOR and vTHOR in the Ethereum mainnet.
The number of users who provide Liquidity to the Thorchain ecosystem from the number of THOR stakers is shown here.
