We use FlipsideCrypto to find the data.

To find the number of users, we use Ethereum.Core.Fact_Transaction and set the time on two monthly bases from the beginning of 2022 and the other one on a daily basis.

From 2022 :

The number of active users who have transacted on centralized exchanges reached their highest number in July 2022. In that month, the number of its users was 3.189M users, and in August, close to this number of users, they had transactions. After that, the number of users has decreased.

Users who have been active and transacted on Token have also increased in October, November and December. In October 2022, the number of users who were active and transacted on Ethereum Tokens reached 2.53M and in November 2.59M users.

In December, the number of users decreased slightly and reached 2.51M, and after that, the trend has also decreased.

Token, which had the most users, maintained its trend throughout this month and grew at the end of the month.
