Ethereum EIP 4844 upgrade

This upgrade will improve rollups and reduce transaction costs, benefiting Arbitrum and other layer two solutions on Ethereum. It will also increase Arbitrum's usage and adoption by reaching more users.
As a data analyst, I can monitor the metrics before and after the upgrade, such as transaction fee, transactions per second, and active user numbers.

Token unlock

On March 16, 2024, Arbitrum will release over $2 billion worth of ARB tokens, which is about 87% of the circulating supply. The tokens will be distributed to the team, advisors, and investors. This is one of the most significant token unlocks this month.
As a data analyst, I can examine the price change before/after the unlock and track the flow of the tokens. For example, I want to know which protocol has the largest TVL changes before/after the token unlock.

Arbitrum Orbit

This feature allows developers to launch custom blockchains with specific features, such as throughput, privacy, and governance. These chains can meet the needs of different projects.
Some examples are the Xai blockchain for web3 gaming at scale and the Rari Chain for cross-chain lending and borrowing.
To analyze these new chains, I can use bridge data between Arbitrum and them to understand their performance and behavior.
