Using squid within the base
This dashboard provides insights into activity on the Squid protocol within Base over the last month. It covers key metrics like total users, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and net inflows. The analysis examines volume and user trends across the top source chains like Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Binance, as well as key destination chains.
Overall, the data shows steady growth in users and transactions on Squid within Base. Ethereum stands out as the top source and destination chain by volume, though emerging L2s like Arbitrum and Optimism are seeing increasing activity. Transaction counts and active users spiked in late August.
This initial version focuses on high-level chain activity, deposits, withdrawals, and net inflows. Moving forward, the dashboard will be expanded to also cover additional metrics like token fees, usage of DEXes within Squid, and other aspects of the protocol's growth on Base.
The aim is to continuously improve the dashboard to provide a comprehensive overview of Squid adoption and use within the Base platform. Feedback on the current version and suggestions for additional metrics to cover are welcome.
